In 2023, I graduated from South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in Blagoevgrad with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesitherapy. During my studies, I further enriched my professional qualifications by completing additional courses in Ergon Therapy and Kinesiology Taping for the Upper and Lower Quadrants.

My postgraduate qualifications include the McKenzie Method for the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine, Dry Needling – Level 1, and Osteoesthetics – Level 1.

I have professional experience in the fields of balneotherapy, physiotherapy, and kinesitherapy in orthopaedics.

Poor posture is often at the root of numerous musculoskeletal conditions, including herniated discs. Given the increasing number of diagnosed spinal deformities in both children and adults, I decided to further develop my knowledge and skills in this area. The positive results achieved through the Schroth Method motivate me to continue on this path and help others.
