Poor Posture
As a result of the modern way of life, contemporary technologies, online learning, and reduced physical activity in adolescents, a dramatic increase in cases of poor posture is being observed.
It should be emphasized that poor posture is the result of changes in the muscle tissue, whereas scoliosis is a change in the skeletal system.
Poor posture can be corrected in time if the problem is identified and treated correctly. Reduced activity and weakness of certain muscle groups can cause various disorders, from flatfoot, bow legs (O-shaped) and knock knees (X-shaped legs), lordosis, as well as scoliotic or kyphotic poor posture.
At the Scoliosis Center, we have worked for many years with children who have postural problems and structural deformities of the spine. That is why we created a program for poor posture, based on corrective exercises that include elements of the Schroth method and fully meet the need for a specialized and individual approach.
