Antoan Tashev

Kinesitherapist

In 2024, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Kinesitherapy at the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski”. I chose this profession because I find great satisfaction in helping people on their path toward a better quality of life. Spinal deformities are a growing problem among adolescents, and I am glad to have the opportunity to take part in this fight alongside them. It is a pleasure for me to work with children.

Iya Miteva

Schroth Therapist, Kinesitherapist

In 2023, I graduated from South-West University in Blagoevgrad with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesitherapy. During my studies, I completed additional courses in Ergon therapy and kinesiology taping for the upper and lower quadrants.

I have experience in the field of high-tech physiotherapy and balneotherapy, as well as in developing kinesitherapy programs and conducting group and individual sessions aimed at the prevention and treatment of post-traumatic, pre- and post-operative, and chronic conditions. I also have experience in full-body toning workouts.

Through my practice, I have come to understand that developing postural control is key to improving quality of life. My interest in spinal deformities began in high school, when I discovered that I myself had scoliosis. In Schroth therapy, I found a combination of purpose, logic, dedication, and results. Since 2024, I have been a certified Schroth therapist, eager to continue developing and building upon my knowledge and skills.

Desislava Kostova

Schroth Therapist, Rehabilitation Therapist

In 2021, I graduated in Medical Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. I have completed training in hippotherapy. I have worked with people from different age groups. My professional experience so far includes working as a medical specialist and later as a rehabilitation therapist and occupational therapist in a day center for children with severe disabilities.

In 2022, I qualified in the field of Schroth therapy. My interest in spinal deformities and correction methods began during my university studies. On the one hand, it developed as I gradually discovered the complexity of movement and the many factors involved in postural control. On the other hand, there is a hereditary predisposition in my family, and the opportunity to help motivated me even more to work and develop in this field.
